Sir I am having eye puffiness and dark circles from few days and iam getting eye pain at night and light sensitivity Please help

Recently I have made full body checkup My reports are like this My body weight: 85 kg BP: 120/75 Fasting sugar: 100 mg/dL Creatinine: 1.04 HDL: 35 mg/dL LDL: 104 mg/dL Thyroxine: 12.94 ‌ So can I donate my blood. And another question last month I had fever around 99/100 so I took paracitamol two days. So will it allow me to donate now or need to wait 3 months.

I am not feeling any taste when i am having meal. There no taste. The food is taste like water. Even i tried to eat one spoon salt, chilli, sugar but no taste.
