Fever with chill and body pain
I feel from yesterday night chill with full body pain and fever. Dry Cold with blocked nose. When I take paracetamol then 2 hrs relax after then fever came. Plz suggest me medicine and precautions.
I take paracetamol 1*2, levocetrozine1*2, azythromycin1*1...from yesterday morning

Hi dear
Take dolo 650 as and when required but do not take half tablet take full dose
If fever persist then we will need to evaluate further .
Continue cetrizine for more three days
But if u have dry cough u need to take syrup as well

Hello
If ur weight is above 50kg paracetamol can be taken 6 th hourly if required.
Azithromycin is good for now and if symptoms getting worsen then antibiotics can be modified accordingly
