Hello doctor , When I went to use public restroom I saw some random blood strains on the toilet seat so I had to clean it first , For to do that I sprayed an alcohol sanitizer on it when I sprayed on the toilet seat  some of the spray droplets went into my nose and I inhaled ... Is it possible for droplets bounce back of the toilet seat which with blood and give me hepatitis b or hiv ... Am I safe ?
