Concern for tapeworm infection
If someone eats vegetables like cauliflower ,cabbage etc even cooked (eg noodles or other things). Is there a possibilty that he could have tapeworm parasite infection and then it could incubation further in intestines and reach to brain and finally should thag guy go for anti parasitic drugs course?

What you are talking about is neurocysticercosis. It is possible with tapeworm infection. If that happens and it's proven then yes the person has to take medicine after consulting a physician. Medicines should not be taken based on assumptions.
