No other symptoms like runny nose, temp or weakness.I felt more due to dust than viral. Need guidance to cure

Hello I bought rabies vaccine from medical shop then reached home within 7-8 mins and then I put It accidentally in freezer where it was -15 degrees celcius then I realised instantly ( after 30 seconds I realised) and  put it into fridge where temperature was 3 degree celcius  then 2 hour later took it to clinic for vaccination . Vaccine was in freezer for around 30-40 second then I realised it instantly and put it back into fridge Will it affect rabies vaccine efficiency or potency?

Hi doctors. Is LFT test diagnose kidney disease? Which tests is for diagnosing kidney disease? I have taken LFT. My total bilrubin is 1.6 and Direct bilrubin 0.5. Please tell me doctors Is this serious? Rest of all parameters are normal. And please tell me LFT test is for kidney disease?
