Flu

Recently i have been seeing elevated fasting glucose, somewhere around 100-110, once it was 116(checked 2 days back), today it was under 110. I am not diabetic. Had my last a1c in Feb 2023, it was 5.1. That time also my fasting went above 100 but a1c and ppbs was normal. Now, I lost around 2.5 kgs within 1 month. I am not sure why I am losing it. But i have seen that I am pooping a lot. I mean i go once, but the amount of stool is huge. Can it be because of something sinister, I am scared. I used to be 68.5kg, then with frequent urination it dropped to 67.3 kg, then today when i checked after morning bowel, 66.0kg. I am too scared. I have partial insomnia as well. I feel something is wrong with my body. I am outside India and even for a blood test i cannot get an appointment earlier than 2 months. Please help. I check blood sugar using finger prick machine at home. I asked for cbc and lipid profile the gp said after a month. :(

My mother has history  of high platelet upto 6lakh..and in blood test it shows jak2 v617F positive...so doctor prescribed hydroxyurea..whether it completely  cure mutation to negative???

My wife done widal blood test. Result typhi  o 1:320 and typhi  H 1:320. Her heamoglobin is also low ie. 7 Vitamin D is  7 and B12 is 228. Doctor advised to take Acera D - 1-0-0 Taxim O 200 mg 1-0-1 Aziwin 500mg - 0-1-0 For cold fever and dry cough - Solvin cold Please advice if medicine is correct. And what can be improved. Also please suggest diet.

Now last week my mother is getting frequent fever every day but after taking paracetamol it is manageable and again after some time she is again getting a fever.. Not hungry.. Sometimes   sense of vomiting.

Hi doctors, i went for endoscopy, result is having erosive gastritis and duodenal uclers. have taken 14 days triple therapy completed. from yesterday on wards am taking esmoprazole for 2 months. is there any problem to me further. is anything serious issue with this. am not getting conclusion about this pls help me . am taking food like green leafs, brinjal, bottle gourd cucumber, drumstick. tiffin as idly and dosa .. can i take non veg without spicy. pls suggest diet also . am getting stress and tension about this. pls give me information.

Hello mam/ sir From last 1 year I'm suffering from palpitations not only in heart also in brain and neck., besides that ., I'm lossing my weight gradually/ body mass index (~3kg lost). sometimes its feel diziness/.lightedness also. My CBC report is absolutely normal, also daily I take proper nutrition, Ct -chest also normal, thyroid report is also normal.My appetite normal.but why it's happening., I'm very confused. please guide me regarding..,( it is affecting my study) also I can't able to do small small exercises also..
