Basically I'm lean.,I do thyroid and CBC tests tooo regarding weight gain but the results were normal.,.,could you plz give me any medicines and weight gain injections for me 😢.,

Hello sir I had adopted a street dog when it was 8-9 days of age and after 15-20 days when it was growing teeth it tried to bite my leg but I removed my foot so there was no bite mark on it.i washed it with soap and water . The dog was very small to be vaccinated for vaccine against rabies at that time.i showed it to a nearby doctor who told me there is no need for vaccine as there is no mark of any bite on foot. It's been year and half but I am still terrified of rabies as I sometimes get tingling sensation at that area. Should I get the post exposure vaccine?? please help. This picture is of the same day..my skin was intact but i still get nightmare about it..

My Thyroid TSH level in March, 2020 was 6.5..Due to covid 19 pandemic, I couldn't get my thyroid test done.. Last year in Nov 2022, I repeated the test and TSH level was 9.4 and T3 was normal but T4 was 4.9( Normal range was 5.1 to 12.5)... After that i couldn't get the test done again.. kindly advice what to do now... I have not started medicine for thyroid yet... . How much impact on my health, does this prolonged Thyroid have done... I am bit worried, kindly advice accordingly.. I don't have any symptoms of fatigue or tiredness or weight gain

I had a bad bout of cough and cold that lasted over 2-3 weeks. I managed the symptoms at home using basic meds used to deal w cold and cough. My cough recently went away ( around 2-3 days ago) but i have been feeling heaviness in my chest region. It constantly feels like i have mucus build up which I'm unable to get rid of, i have been feeling very nauseous because of the same (I suspect) for the past 2 days. I also have been having on and off low grade fever. My energy levels are low and i feel tired all day. I have had pneumonia before and the heaviness feels similar to when I had mucus/fluid build up back then which didn't go away even after the treatment and required me to undergo a bronchoscopy to drain the fluid. My symptoms were a lot more severe then but could it be that I might be suffering from something similar?

On September 25th, a dog bit my leg, causing minor bleeding from his teeth. I've already received three doses of the rabies vaccine, but I didn't get a tetanus vaccine because I had one on September 7th, just a month ago, and the doctor said it would be effective for 6 months. Do I still need to consider getting another tetanus vaccine? These days, I'm working in the jungle and occasionally get small cuts on my hands. Should I be concerned about tetanus again, given the dog bite on my leg and the minor bleeding that occurred?

Hi, As attached in pictures I have low mcv mch and mpv with High esr and wbc.. I also have mental fog and fatigue and have lost interest In daily activities is medical intervention required or is it normal phase which will go off after some time
