RED SPOTS ON LOWER LEGS
My mother is 72. Diabetic and heart patient. Done angioplasty 4 years back. Latest echo and ecg are fine. Sugar fasting 144 and PP 198. She had severe itching in lower legs two days back and she scratched badly then this kind of red spots appear on her lower legs. Can you pls guides us what it is and how to be treated ?
