Mostly 1 day history of fever headache ,body pain could be due to viral infection which usually lasts up to 3 days at least.You can take ibugesic plus 3 times daily, cetrizine tablet 10 mg once daily and zecuff syrup for the cough.Drink enough water daily ,avoid refrigerated food and sour food.

U have to properly hydrate yourself take dolo650 to reduce your temperature along with tepid sponging…for dry cough you need medications …take hot water/Soup…
