Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency
Can vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency cause giddiness while brisk walking??? I feel lightheaded while walking for the last 2 days. I have just started walking for half an hour daily. My vitamin B12 level was 230 and vitamin D3 was 28 in October when I did blood tests.

Take multivitamin supplements. Vit d , you can take supplements, Vit b12 , you can take neurobion forte 0-1-0 for 30 days. If you don't have allergy to that.
