You should build up your physical activity slowly. Your aim should be to walk for one hour DAILY. The walk can be in the morning or evening or both. You should supplement your diet with three pieces of any dry fruits every day. You should take Multivitamin and Calcium supplements. You should consult a General Physician in your area for an initial check up so that you can get proper advice regarding diet and activities.
