Hi dear It's been mentioned that u are 46 years old So it could be related to ur changing hormones Although it happens with everyone but it really can be frustrating at times Please consult and inform about ur menstrual status wether or not u are getting ur periods now For many people these symptoms settle by themselves and do not require medicine but sometimes it's required if it hampers the quality of life .
