Are there any blood tests for H pylori? Can h pylori infection be detected in any of the infection related blood tests like ESR?

Yesterday night 2.30am something bitten me on my ear. No blood come out, little swollen no scratch, I feel pain like may mice bitten me Or lizard, no one was there, should I take tt, I have taken tt on sept 22,In 5 years I have taken tt 6 times, should I take tt now

I have fever since 3 days. Today it rises 104degree then I took calpol 650 and fever became 101 But not completely cured.After 4 hours it again becomes 104.I also have cough and sore throat.Is it symptom of dengue??

68 years old hypertensive female patient. She has lower back pain. She taking Neorelax mr-4 one time in a day . Before this her morning bp average was 138/76 ( 10 am) . But now it is 145-155/85-88. But her evening bp (6 pm)  is normal 130/70 . She takes Cilacar 10 at 11 a.m and Telma 40 at 11 p.m . Now what should we do ?
