Mid right chest mild congestion
Been suffering from this congestion which is felt on mid to slightly right side of the chest for past one and a half month and exactly at the same area back side it feels like a mild pressure and when I cough or sneeze these areas feels like a cramp! I consulted a pulmonologist regarding this issue and he examined me and told my lungs are clear and I also took x ray it stated my lungs are normal ! I have mild cold due to the season but I never had fever or any other symptoms except this congestion can anyone please clarify what's my issue?

Hi. Your symptoms are suggestive more of a musculoskeletal issue rather than a cardiac or pulmonary(lung) issue. Increased pain during coughing or sneezing also points to the same. A little detailed history can help clarify any doubts if any.
Next Steps
A possibility of tietze syndrome can be considered and it's a correctable problem. you may consult for further clarification
