What does a high insulin score means ? My fasting sugar is 86 but my doctor has said that i am diabetic due to my Insulin score.

Hi dear
U do have raised insulin level but if ur sugar levels are fine then u are not a diabetic although u can get diabetes late in life if the insulin does not come back to normal levels
To know what to do about it we need to find out why the insulin is high some people have it due to genetic defects and some have it due to lifestyle habits so if in ur case it's due to lifestyle then we can make changes in it and try to bring ur insulin levels down
