I am getting some pain in my neck, sometimes in chest with heartburn, and I am also getting muscle twitching in arms and biceps. Neck is also kinda stiff, and sometimes food is moving down slowly in the food pipe, what can be the reasons, my bp is 138/86 and I am 22yrs old.

I have low levels of vitamin d - 13.48 and b12 - 95. My gynecologist advised me cap drise for 6 weeks and neurobione forte injection for 5 weeks. I completed it for 3 weeks . It is difficult to get the injection done for b12 as it's painful. Please suggest tablets for b12 instead of injection. Thanks.

She suffered from red allergy dots on skin last night and vomited 4-5 times. Afterwards she developed high fever. There are also cramps on her legs now. She has had a UTI 15 days ago and a pyleoplasty 3 months ago. She is under Teriparatide injection for the last fortnight and also taking calcium spray. Since the surgery and other diagnosis and subsequent treatment happened, we are very worried if anything has relapsed. How do we progress. Note- she is naturally a very weak person (34 kg) and the symptoms are heavy on her. Please suggest how to progress?
