10 years ago i had a serious infection, may be bacterial one, my eosinophils level shooted high almost 7 times higher than the normal range , doctors tried many antibiotics but they all gave temporarily relief , and worse part was that it Couldn't diagnose which infection it was, i was on bed for 8 months, finally when all medications failed then my body fought the infection on its own which took 8 months, during this fight process i got tinnitus in left ear, my body started itching, my eyes got red, and urine colour is yellow. I don't know that my body has been damaged in the process of this long fight. How to find out whether the infection is gone or not, and how to know my current body status?

As described by you , elevation of eosinophils to that extent is not possible in bacterial infection.

Eosinophil count doesn't shoot up 7 times in a bacterial infection.
You have hyped your story too much.
Please share the lab reports of that time, if you have any.
My aim is not to diagnose what you had suffered from at that time. My aim is to just put the things in true perspective so that you don't carry this impression that the Doctors messed up your case.
You should consult with an Eye Specialist and an ENT specialist in your area to find any residual damage to your middle ear or eyes.
Consult with a General Physician for a thorough clinical examination. He may refer you to some other Doctors if he so desires.
