Can I get rabies from from this dog scratch no blood come out photo uploaded please help please help

Hi Doctor, Please suggest what to do - a month back parlour lady has done handwax she forgot and applied wax in underarm too I shouted and she pulled wax in the underarm with a strip suddenly, left with a bump (not even hair follicle growing back in that area )slowly by applying hot compressor bump has reduced size but still I have a bean sized bump- it's movable. I am worried ( under water it looks very tiny but when it is dry it looks bean sized). will this go off . When I apply pressure or hot water I could see green veins poping on my breast .Can someone suggest what to do? I am allergic to certain medications.. so I am scared to visit doc near me

I have irritable bowel syndrome and used to have loose stools and sometimes constipation. Recently stopped milk and now I don't have that much of loose motion issues but sometimes I do have more bowel movements . Econorm sachet I have taken few times according to the advice of a doctor and whenever I take econorm my bowel movements are very normal. My query is whether I can take econorm sachet daily for a long term or should I only take it when I have loose stools? Hoping for suggestions.
