My fever is normal in morning i.e. 97.8-98.6 then in evening it reaches upto 99.3 is it normal or low grade I am also feeling tired and weak sometimes chills also

I was bitten by a dog 10 years ago, I didn't do first aid, After 2 days the bitten area became infected. doctor prescribed antibiotic, but antibiotic failed to clear infection, 3 days later i got serious symptoms-fever chills headache fatigue and my eosinophil level shooted high 7 times than normal range, doctors were trying different different antibiotics but all pills were failing, but some powerful ones antibiotics temporarily working ,i was on bed for 8 months and i got tinnitus in left ear and my urine colour became yellow, and my body itches specifically armpit and groin area, Now it's been 10 years and now i did brain MRI for tinnitus and "arachnoid cyst" in the brain has come in the report, I am suffering the consequences of my negligence in not washing that dogbite wound, Because of which I have reached this condition today. If I had done first aid, I would probably be fine today. Right now I'm living with tinnitus brain cyst ,yellow urine and itching . What can be done now?

Hi Sir/Ma'am, Recently I am having pain in neck when I bend it backwards and have lightheadedness. Sometimes I feel unsteady in head. I did my brain MRI and results were normal. I am having these tendencies quite frequently, It comes and goes but pain while bending neck backwards is permanent. What can be the issue here?

I am too much sneezing and my nose keep running I always carry clothes I wake up early morning because of sneezing it disturb me and what I do I try vapour in nose but it not help much what should I do why it happens

Hi doctor, My anti tpo has come >1300 U/mL, free T3 as >20 pg/mL, free t4 as 5.03 ng/dl and tsh as 0.01 uIU/ml. I have all other symptoms of hyperthyroidism. I've been suggested to take 15 mg of neomercazole once a day and t. Ciplar twice a day. Please suggest if the dose is correct or any changes are required.
