Fissures Surgery
Hi My wife underwent fissure surgery two weeks back. However still her fissures hasn't healed and she has continued pain and feels very uncomfortable. She constantly does sitz bath but there is only temporary relief. What can we do in this case?

Fissure treated by surgery usually takes a few weeks to months depending on the severity and type of surgery.She should be ok in a few weeks.post surgical procedure follow up is very much necessary.

If surgery is done recently,  it will take time to heal.  Take stool softener and pain reliever with sitz bath as per consultation.  It is  chronic issue will take time to heal.  For proper advice with more helpful prescription and recommendation kindly consult or connect me.

Do not worry, Fissure is chronic disease some time it takes months to year to heal .

Do take sitz bath regularly . Apply prescribed jelly before and after defecation.
