My wife underwent fissure surgery two weeks back. However still her fissures hasn't healed and she has continued pain and feels very uncomfortable. She constantly does sitz bath but there is only temporary relief.
What can we do in this case?

Fissure treated by surgery usually takes a few weeks to months depending on the severity and type of surgery.She should be ok in a few weeks.post surgical procedure follow up is very much necessary.
