Hello doctor some 4 days back doctor puts me painkiller injection in my back.. Today only I m noticing I can feel that swelling inside  that area where exactly painkiller was injected.. Will it reduce automatically or do I need to do anything on that area like applying cold or warm compression Pls enlighten me regarding this no pain nothing but accidentally when I touched the part I can feel the swelling inside.

Hello I just have a small accident one of rikshwala was going and carrying some logouts and one of that hit my shoulder and that same point of time it get numbed and pain started now it is getting right to some extend . I had a x-ray but reports are pending till that I am getting pain can I use hot water or icing pad uske upar kindly answer fast sir

First u walked nearly 7000steps in 1 hr avg pulse 141 & max pulse 167. After that immediately i jog around a minute shows pulse of avg 167 and maximum 189. It is normal or not?
