I have Hashimotos hypothyroidism and I am taking thyronorm 75 mcg regularly with normal T3, T4 and TSH as of now. I also tested my parathyroid hormone level which is normal. But 10days back, I got diagnosed with Hypocalcemia with calcium level of 7.9. I have been facing a lot of fatigue, bone pains and tingling in my legs and hands. Especially when I lie down. Apart from that, I am also having a lot of skin itchiness in my entire body. I have started with calcium citrate1000mg+ magnesium + zinc supplements and vitamin D as well. But I have noticed a lot of  belching with these supplements. I take them at night after dinner. Because of the bone pains and cramps in my legs, I have not been able to sleep regularly. Please suggest the solution for body pains, cramps, itchiness and numbness!!! It's increasing my difficulty in walking as well! Please

My child is 3 years old. Two days before he got cold . Symptoms were only watery eyes and runny nose. 1 day later means yesterday. He also stated coughing in late night little bit. But today in morning both  eyes are red runny nose cough and afternoon slight fever. Now how to treat . Can Antibiotics amoxin And paracetamol be given? And what about cough. I don't want to give him cough syrup but most of doctors recomend. Apart of cough syrup anything else can be given. His cough is dry but loud. Please guide my Thank u

I have done full body blood tests. Report is attached. ESR is 20. Bilirubin direct us 0.23. Globulin is 3.6. Lymphocytes 40.60. Mean Platelet Volume is 12.5. Urine RBC in Microscopy is 2-3 RBC/HPF. Please go through the report & please advice me is there any serious issue ?

In the evening I was traveling in car and felt like something bit me in the leg. I brushed my legs and saw it was a mosquito. As there are a lot of dengue and malaria cases going on. I am now scared that this mosquito bite could infect me. What should be done.

Hello Doctor sir, my weight is 114kg Few months back I have sever anxiety I continuesly vomiting and I lost 10kg in 2 months 114kg to 104kg  then I go to gastroenterology doctor did endoscopy result is i have Gerd and lax les and I had an MRI brain and  MRI spine because I was scared because of my weight loss Then Cbc and urine test and chest x-ray all reports came normal now I gained 6 kg 104 to 110 Still I'm scared should I worry about the weight loss and should I do any other tests or is this normal please tell sir I search on Google everyday and I am very scared that I might have cancer or something else Thank you in advance

My father age 72 is having blood pressure and diabetic so he is on telma ln 40 and telma ln for blood pressure and glycomet trio 2 for diabetic in regular basis, recently he is having pain in right foot and toe finger so the doctor has prescribed him furic 80 for 30 days and then furic 40 for 90 days in addition he is also taking zolfresh 5 half pill dialy at night time .from some days he is having blurred vision and also edema in legs which becomes normal the next morning and again edema next days .so pls tell me is any above medicine cause these edema and blurred vision problems.

I have history of hypothyroidism for past 7 years I had last month TSH -8.1 and I was prescribed to take 62.5mcg thyronorm and I tested my thyroid profile today my tsh become normal but my T4 increased so how should I manage now ?

In mid july i went to dental checkup and after that im not feeling good..more symptoms of hiv has been seen.so i went to hospital for hiv test..they suggested me to take anti hiv 1 and hiv 2 routine test and hepatitis test and crp test.they give the result after 5 hrs the results are negative for hiv and hepatitis but the test taken in the hospital is MIEA TEST for hiv! Did MIEA test rule for hiv?nd glad to see my crp level is more high which is 13mg/dl. Did i want to take any other test to rule out hiv? And im having digestive issues past one month it will increase the crp level?
