If u hv tsh above 10 ..it means u hv to start replacement of thyroxine .. Also do tpo to know whether it is autoimmune hypothyroidism...always give history of drug intake like Ciplar or any other drug which can cause hypothyroidism... Start replacement ...have online consultation ...u hv to start on 50ug of thyroxine replacement ...also have calcium supplementation ...also if u have decrease heart rate ....weight gain ...tremors ...alopecia ...it is indication for replacement .. Nd u hv constipation
