Escitalopram and clonazepam both develop tolerance after using some time? Do they both develop tolerance?

Before 3 days my son suffering from fever we give him fepanil 250 and his fever cure in two days today I saw some rashes on her face and his weakness not gone totaly so I thought it is dengue with mild symptoms, he is eating well urinate well no other symptoms and he is playing also. No other symptoms If it is dengue then what we can do. Give him fluids like coconut water ors fruit etc or visit doctor for IV fluids please suggest can mild  dengue cure at home with care and attention or we should visit doctor please tell us

Is this bp normal? Mostly My average BP on measurement comes out to be around this levels. Started medicine as well since bp was shooting to 160/100 at hospital and focusing on lifestyle changes like hydration, weight loss

I have tested positive for dengue fever. Value of ns1 antigen is 8.34. Does it indicate severe dengue?

Iam on bp medicine metxl 25mg today I went to gyni for Infertility treatment she gave me letroz and Evion 400 tablet so are these medication safe to take with metxl

So since a month or so i started having back pain. Not pain exactly but it feels so discomforting. Its like when i sit on my bed with cross legged and straight back it feels tense and achy. And also since a week my stool consistency has improved and bowel has big snake like stool. And i am losing weight as well. I am so scared what is happening to me. I am outside India and since past 3 months i am not able to meet a doctor. Its so bad here. If i palpate that area shown in the picture with finger, it feels like the muscle bruise is there. And also, i was up at every morning 4-5am for pee. Idk my fasting sugar comes around 102-108 but when i check my post prandial. It comes normal. I am scared if this is prediabates. I have a prick machine at home which i use to check that. Please help me. I feel something is wrong with my body right now. Healthcare here is not helping me at all. I am shifting back to India just due to this nightmarish healthcare here in UK. Till then wt to do :(

My parents are aged 60 and 56. My dad is diabetic and mom has thyroid. Otherwise they follow a healthy lifestyle and are healthy. I wanted to get their full body checkup done annually from now on. I checked online, and see that some diagnostic centers just call basic blood tests also as full body checkup. I am confused as to what tests should I consider? Can any experts suggest a list of tests for both my parents that I can get it done for them annually?

I am male 38.some times I feel discomfort or pain kind of thing near by area of chest. Paid does not occur in chest but near by area mostly on left side near to ribs area even some times I feel discomfort on back side as well. This happens for few seconds and goes off. This pain or discomfort comes from like inside pin point in whole areas. Why this is happening. Is this some thing serious. Plz suggest
