I have been experiencing following symptoms since 2 months Tinituss sweatening at night (1/2 times per week) Weakness Sometimes can't sleep

I got bo issue cuz is stress and doc prescribed me nexito plus I took it for only three days and that also random days but from last three days I m only taking petrol md 0.25 and also yesterday in noon took etixolam 0.25 and in night 2 am petril md 0.25 but now I m feeling anxious irritating and very nervous sleepy restlessness panic like situation is it cuz of luck of sleep or is it side effect of petrol md 0.25 how long this effect will last its already 14 hours till last dose and I don't want to take these meds nymore I took only three dose or nexito plus and three dose of petrol md alone in last 10 days

I had 5-6 loose stools since morning . There is no fever . Stomach uneasiness and headache is there . Feeling very sleepy . Till now not taken any medicene . Do i need to start antiboitic or only econorm is fine .

Hello doctor, my Vitamin b12 is 61 I have excessive sweating palms , forehead, feet from very long time , so I have taken the tablet I felt better my sweat is reduced  should i continue, and how long can I take the neurobion forte tablet? Kindly suggest to me

Hello doctor I have sweating problem since childhood but when grow up it has become even more worst I could not attend meetings or shake hands while talking to someone my hands tremble and sweat drip off my forehead and I sweat in cold weather's too my thyriod is normal ,bp normal,sugar normal but my vitamin b12 is 61 and vitamin d is 8 I have been taking neurobion forte for a month now I felt sweating is reduced so this should be the reason for my sweating and should I continue the tablet or not kindly help
