Can you guide me which medicine should I take for cold and cough after drinking cold water. Yesterday I took Benedraly Syrup

Today I sat in chair and suddenly I feel pin and needles in my right leg and there after urine leakage. Though pin and needles in my right leg got cured within 30 second. What is the cause of urine leakage??? I am 29 years old male.

From a mid size street dog I got scratch on my foot. Dog also licked my leg. There is no bleeding. Do I need medical intervention ?

I am 22 year old, I'm feeling a little discomfort in my left side chest and back but it was right as well in few instances, it comes and goes. It's been 5 days, I've used minoxidil 10% 2-3ml for almost 6-7 months now before that I used 5% for 6 months. Can it be due to minoxidil, I've stopped it it's been a day now, As I'm an athlete I used high doses ORS while working out as well in winter, can it be that? What it is in just stressing out because of it. Thinking that it could be something else, can it be gas? Can it be muscle pain? One more thing to note that the discomfort isn't time related it comes after a time period after 1pm in the morning after I have finished working out, and forgot to mention i drink black coffee as pre workout everyday before gym, I use 4-5g of instant coffee powder. Can it be due to that? The pain or discomfort doesn't increase while activity or anything like that it's general. And I feel it more when resting or lying down.

Hi I have given anti rabies vaccine for dog bite. 4 dosages were given 0 3 7 28 days.. My 4 th dosage is given on oct 14 2023.. My query is how long does this vaccination will be effective in our body from my 28 th day(i.e 4 th dosage). Please answer. thanks.
