Hypothyroidism
Hi Dr, I have hypothyroidism im taking thyronorm 50mg tab, shelcal 500 daily nd lumia 60k at weekly from past 4 months but im facing lots of tiredness, knew pain, weight loss. Present TSH is in normal but Antibody TPO/Anti microsomal count is 32.7 is there is any problem.?
I used to take any other treatment.?

Routine tests were done on father as part of a package in lab
, hemoglobin: 11.4 and vitamin b12 came173 ( reference range: 211 to 946)
Consulted physician he gave neurbion forte tablet once a day for one month
for hemoglobin he said not to worry,
Is it ok? Or should injections be given because b12 low

Today evening: 134.9
What is the cause? All parameters of KFT are okay. LFT is okay as well.
