Can I take Losartan instead of Losartan
Hello dear Doctors I am sugar and BP patient but both are under control I just wanted to know can I take only losartan in place losartan Hydrochlorothiazide, I was taking losartan Hydrochlorothiazide from almost 6 years I am at my native I ordered BP tablet online I received only losartan instead of Losartan Hydrochlorothiazide I didn't check it thought same and started using it from yesterday, is it OK to take it?

Hydrochlorothiazide helps in b.p control by removing salt and water from kidneys.
If you have leg swellings then you you should continue losartan H.
If not take losarten,but moniter b.p, if b.p shootsup go back to previous medicine
