I've been getting that feeling of dizziness , well not actually being dizzy just that lightheadedness and feeling of being dizzy along with feeling tired and exhausted. What could be the possible reason?

I feel like feverish but my body is not hot to touch.. i feel like body ache and tiredness from yesterday.. should i consult doctor in person or take paracetamol ..please suggest
