2 dosage of combiflame caused her anaphylaxis. Can we save her ? Her throat and nose are blocking it's been 10-15 min

She took overdose ( 2 dose ) of a drug(combiflame)  which previously causes anaphylaxis and until we take her to hospital within 20 minutes doctors said we have lost her .

Having headache since last few days, fever lasted since 4 days. Recent blood test discovered ESR level of 77. What should be my next step.
