Regarding melatonin
I work as an assistant professor in animation Institute problem is I was on melatonin 5mg as doc gave since 1 year now I skip in weekends lowers does as much possible only taking 5 days a week but if I don't take i can't sleep in night 10 pm -7 am schedule that's get break and have to sleep day time so is it normal how to fix it how get rid of melatonin also hypertension 25 year age on telma 40 no secondary reason found bp normal my question if I take melatonin 5 time a week as prescribed dose life long is it safe? And also have stress so have issue with sleep but if i take melatonin takes get normal sleep 8 hrs

You should consult your Doctor who prescribed the medicine. He is accountable only if you consult him regularly and follow his advice. Don't try to adjust the dose of Melatonin on the advice of any one who calls himself a Doctor.

Melatonin is safe for short-term use and can be helpful for sleep issues.. However it could be be used for long term safely with lower dose of 5-6 mg.Long-term use of melatonin may lead to decreased effectiveness and impact your natural melatonin production. Watch for side effects of excessive melatonin use, including headaches, nausea, and fatigue.
