Hi, I suffered a back injury two days back and was advised to use declofenac gel in pharmacy. I user it twice a day since last two days. I also have mild haemophilia . I just checked online and it said NSAID could cause internal bleeding. I am scared now. Can someone help.

Actually it's Ramadan so 5-6 days I went to sleep at 3.30am to 4.00 am but as my office has started and I have to wake up at 6 so now as I am trying to sleep at 1 from 2 days zero sleep came in the night time and on day 1 came home after office and I slept at day for 2 hours also. What is the reason thats I am not able to sleep in night frok 2 days why this is happening it's the first time it has happened what's the reason please explain I am trying very hard for these 2 days but zero almost zero sleep came.
