Continue same meds. Take tab prednisolone 20mg one daily for 5 days. Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule,  2 to 3 times daily.

Your symptoms of persistent sneezing, watery eyes, itching in the eyes and palate, and tongue irritation are most consistent with Allergic Rhinitis. This condition is caused by hypersensitivity of the nasal passages to allergens such as dust, pollen, mold, or environmental irritants. The medicines you are taking — Montair‑LC (montelukast + levocetirizine) and Fluticasone nasal spray — are standard treatments. However, if symptoms are still persistent after 10 days, it may mean that allergen exposure is continuing or treatment needs adjustment.
Next Steps
• Continue Fluticasone nasal spray regularly (it often takes 1–2 weeks to show full benefit). • Ensure correct technique while using the nasal spray. • Consider adding saline nasal irrigation once or twice daily to clear allergens from the nasal passages. • If symptoms remain severe, a doctor may consider: • Changing the antihistamine • Adding anti-allergic eye drops • Allergy evaluation if symptoms are recurrent. Seek medical evaluation if you develop sinus pain, thick nasal discharge, fever, or breathing difficulty.
Health Tips
• Try to identify and avoid triggers such as dust, smoke, strong perfumes, or pollen. • Use protective masks in dusty environments. • Keep bed linens clean and wash them in hot water weekly to reduce dust mites. • Maintain good indoor ventilation and humidity control. If you’d like, you can book an online consultation so I can review your symptoms and help optimize your allergy treatment plan to control the sneezing and itching more effectively.
