Flu

I visited my doctor for consultation where my BP and PR was recorded. BP was 131/84 and PR was 105 beats/min. My doctor prescribed me Nexito Plus (Escitalopram+Clonazepam) because I was having rapid pulse as soon as I got up in the early morning in bed and during afternoon and evening hours. He said that it was due to anxiety, most probably. Because my ECG reports held 10 months back were normal. Echo had LVEF at 62. Now, after consuming this medicine I don't feel sleepy at might after consuming it at around 10 PM. I go to bed at around 12:30 PM and naturally wake up at 6AM without getting 8 hrs of sound sleep which I used to have before having rapid PR issues. Now, in the morning I feel sleepy all the time. Feel nauseous 🤢. Moreover, after consuming this medicine I started having constipation. My doctor has asked me to visit him after 4 weeks but I cannot continue  this medicine as its affecting me adversely. It's just been 2 weeks. Kindly suggest as to what should I do or have?

I received my first dose of rabies vaccine yesterday I think the nurse given the vaccine via subcutaneous administration but today I found that it should be injected in intramuscular way as it is mentioned in the box. What should I do now, does the vaccine works,  please reply, I am worried 🙁 Additional information: i completes my 5dose of rabbies vaccination 8months ago. Both are cat bite no bleeding,yet i think it is safe to vaccinate

Dear doctor ,Morning around 8.30 i ate 3 plain toast an tea for breakfast ,an arround 12 i was feeling wired ,An my stomach was making lot of sounds ,I thought i will faint ,there was no such dizziness ..! It was really wired an tired ,i ate one banana an felt better ..! What is cause for this .!. Thank you

I have had enlarged tonsils for last 20 days and had 1 set of augmed 625 with chymoral forte for 5 days. Now for last 3 days my right side lymph node is painful and swollen under the jaw. Went to ent and he gave me Cepodem 325with chymoral forte for 5 days (3 days completed) but still the swelling and pain is there in the lymph node. Also i could see a small white spot on the tonsils even after gargling thrice daily. When i google i feel scared as many sites mention cancer if swollen lymph. I am so depressed now. Pls. Advise me if i need to do anything else. Thanks a lot.
