1) Drink extra water and other fluids for few days
2) avoid drinks that are carbonated or have caffeine or citrus juice, which can irritate your bladder
3) Use a heating pad: Apply warm heating pad to your lower belly or genital area to help with discomfort
You may have a urinary tract infection.Get your urine analysis test and culture sensitivity.Use urispas 3 times daily to decrease the frequency,and urine alkaliniser 3 times daily till you fix an appointment with a general physician in your area.
Urinary tract infection is common in women. Get your urine routine/ microscopy done. Take alkasol syrup ( 1-2 tbs in a glass of water) for now and urispas od for your lower abdomen pain/ full sensation.
