Urine problem
I have never had such a problem before but I have been urinating frequently for the last two-three hours and my lower part is feeling heavy.

1) Drink extra water and other fluids for few days 2) avoid drinks that are carbonated or have caffeine or citrus juice, which can irritate your bladder 3) Use a heating pad: Apply warm heating pad to your lower belly or genital area to help with discomfort

You may have a urinary tract infection.Get your urine analysis test and culture sensitivity.Use urispas 3 times daily to decrease the frequency,and urine alkaliniser 3 times daily till you fix an appointment with a general physician in your area.

Urinary tract infection is common in women. Get your urine routine/ microscopy done. Take alkasol syrup ( 1-2 tbs in a glass of water) for now and urispas od for your lower abdomen pain/ full sensation.

Also get your blood sugar tested to look for diabetes as it can cause increased frequency in urination.
