Since no signs of infection are present and pus cells are also negative urinary tract infection can be ruled out. If symptoms persists then a course of antibiotic and an USG should be done. Please consult for detailed prescription

Could you please clarify what you mean by frequent urination? Is it that you feel the need to urinate again because of incomplete evacuation, or do you have to go frequently even after completely emptying your bladder? Additionally, are you experiencing any symptoms such as burning during urination, lower abdominal pain, or fever? Is there any recent medical history you would like to mention? Did you quantify your urine? How many litres are you passing in a day? Your urine reports look normal. Hba1c is normal. The next best step is to get an ultrasound abdomen to look for prostate issues.
Next Steps
Provide required details.
