Your report suggests that you have subclinical hypothyroidism where treatment is necessary if the TSH is 10 and above,or if you have symptoms related to hypothyroidism.

Based on your thyroid results, it seems like your T3 and T4 levels are within the normal range, but your TSH is elevated, which could indicate subclinical hypothyroidism or early-stage thyroid dysfunction. This could mean that your thyroid is underactive but your body is still compensating. However, before starting treatment like levothyroxine (Thyroxine), it's important to confirm the cause of your elevated TSH.I recommend performing an anti-TPO (Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody) test. This test can help identify if the cause is autoimmune-related, such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which is one of the most common causes of hypothyroidism. Based on the results, we can then consider the appropriate treatment plan. For more personalized advice and to get started on the right treatment, feel free to consult me directly for better evaluation. Subclinical hypothyroidism is a mild thyroid condition where thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels are elevated, but thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) levels are normal. Symptoms are often subtle or absent.
Next Steps
Treatment is debated but may involve thyroid hormone replacement therapy to prevent progression to overt hypothyroidism.
