To do a symptomatic approach...we need to know your health status..then only able to give you medication...vitamins on low side..metabolism may be on high side..anemia and increased cholestrol..you need to take medication for the same..after 3 mnth treatment again a repeat investigation would giv you result..heart disease shud be ruled out..cbc lft rft sugar shud be ruled out along with it..
Your report shows several values outside the reference range — some are clearly concerning, others are borderline/mild, but together they point to a few ongoing health issues that need attention.
Here are the key abnormal/unusual values from the report:
• High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP): 6.8 mg/L (ref
Next Steps
1. Consult a general physician / internal medicine doctor or cardiologist soon (within 1–2 weeks).
• Show this full report + mention any symptoms (fatigue? breathlessness? swelling? chest discomfort?).
2. Likely additional tests they will ask for:
• Lipid profile repeat (fasting) + ApoB (better risk marker)
• Serum ferritin + total iron + TIBC (to confirm iron deficiency)
• Full thyroid panel (TSH + free T4 + free T3) if not already done
• HbA1c repeat + fasting glucose (even though normal now)
• Liver function tests (ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin)
• Urine routine + albumin-creatinine ratio (for kidney)
• ECG or 2D Echo if any cardiac symptoms
3. Treatment will depend on the above, but likely to include:
• Vitamin D supplement (high dose weekly then daily)
• Iron + B12 + folic acid combination
• Statin (atorvastatin/rosuvastatin) for high Lp(a) + LDL + hs-CRP
• Lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, weight if needed)
Health Tips
• Start vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly × 8 weeks (after food) + calcium 500–1000 mg/day (doctor-guided)
• Take B-complex or methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily for 2–3 months
• Eat iron-rich food + vitamin C together (spinach + lemon, dates + amla)
• Reduce saturated fats, trans fats, sugar — more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish
• Walk 30–45 min daily — helps inflammation and lipids
• Do not ignore this report — high Lp(a) + hs-CRP + LDL elevation is a serious long-term risk even without symptoms now
Please see a doctor soon (show this report) — early correction of deficiencies + lipid control can make a huge difference.
If you get the doctor’s advice or new tests, feel free to share — I can help explain further.

Ok ,you need to evaluate first, I see your report ,your thyroid test is inconclusive because of no value of TSH .cholesterol is slightly high, and another things also borderline. You need to consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.
Thyroid is borderline which can be due to many reasons and not of great concern right now but T4 is not of any much significance. To really get a idea of thyroid function get a complete thyroid profile which contains TSH, T3 and T4 levels to get a good idea.
The main concern is regarding your vitamin D level and Cholesterol level
Vitamin D is on a lower side. So you need to maintain a certain time (around 30 min everyday ) in sunlight
Cholesterol level is somewhat on a higher side. Before getting any medicines you need to get a complete lipid profile done so that correct medications can be preecribed
Next Steps
Maintain a good sunlight exposure daily. Preferred time is 8am to 11am
Get a complete lipid profile done
Get a complete thyroid profile
