Cbc looks normal. But you have A high ESR levels, which  means red blood cells sink faster than normal in a tube, which is a general sign of inflammation in the body. Key medical causes include infections, autoimmune diseases, and chronic diseases like Kidney disease, thyroid issues, and inflammatory bowel disease. This report shows Normal Complete blood Count with slightly increased ESR which cannot solely tell us about specific disease/disorder.

Well, to say ESR is raised if there is a fever, there is some sort of infection
