I have done the vitamin d test the report indicates I am vitamin d deficient so what to do I am taking vitamin d3 cap per week 60,000 iu.

I have been taking Thyroid medicine for the last 3 years of thyronorm 37.5.. 3 days before I did the test it was 1.02 . My physician has been told to stop taking Thyroid medicine and told me to repeat the same after 1 month...I am afraid it will create any side effects after I stop the medicine... should I worry about it ... please suggest

I went to a doctor and told him I had fever few days back but now I don't think I've fever. He did a checkup and said I still have fever. He also gave an injection (name in attachment). Can anyone tell me what is this injection for? Will there be any problem? I'm worried about it. Kindly help
