We came from a trip to Manali(high altitude area) three days ago. My mother is not feeling well since then. She is having dizziness, shortness of breath, cold, cough & fever. She has taken Dolo 650 two days ago and Dcold total yesterday.

I am attaching images kindly please tell if both medicine are same ?? because my doctor prescribed me for my lower back pain ..methosam 200 mg tablet composition s-Adenosyl methionine 200 mg notes supplement...But medical guy give me Ademetionine enteric coated 200 mg Methosam tablets... kindly confirm if both are same?? becoz composition seems different and medical guy told second medicine is for liver disease but I don't have any liver issues.. please confirm

Hello sir I have some reports of my blood test taken yesterday There is everything normal in range but only vldl cholesterol is little high so should I get worry about this or is this normal ?
