Hello doctors, I am 41 years old, I have hirsutism since more than 10 years. I was taking spironolactone 100mg, for almost 5-6 years but discontinued in 2017. 1) Can I start spironolactone again , is it safe 2) If I get married in 2025 and plan to conceive , then how many months in advance should I stop taking spironolactone. Please please guide me about spironolactone,  if it has any side effects and can be taken safely. God bless.

Recently I have done my full body check up, all parameters are normal except PCV which is 50.80 (normal range as per lab is 40 - 50) and SGPT which came 80. What could be the reason for high PCV. Is anything serious?. I searched on google and it was showing high PCV is Polycythemia. Pls advise and guide whether there is anything to worry about. CBC report is attached for your reference.

What could be the reason for a lot of fatigue, drowsiness, and getting tired easily? Also feel weakness and body pain frequently. I get frustrated with small things and don't feel like doing any work or going out. Appetite has also come down and nothing tastes good. Doctor had prescribed multivitamin tablets for 6 weeks, ut didn't help much. I have a 20 months old son, so don't get enough sleep most nights, and have to wake up early to get 7 years old daughter ready for school. I feel ok on days I get good rest but feel weak again if I do a little work.
