Continue low bp with nausea and headache
Hi, I have a low bp with nausea and severe headache . I just checked my bp it's 83/59 and pulse rate is 60. The headache is so intense that I am not even able to open my eyes. It's sensitive to light and phone also. My full head and jaw is aching. What should I do? Note:- I am also a diabetic patient and my recent blood sugar 2 hours after the meal is 178. I am not taking any medicines.

Please get a Complete Health checkup package done from a reputed Laboratory and consult with a General Physician with the report. You should be more careful about your Diabetes. A Vitamin deficiency, neuropathy due to uncontrolled Diabetes could be the cause of your headache. Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance is a possibility.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Your blood pressure reading of 83/59 is considered low, and combined with your symptoms of nausea, severe headache, and sensitivity to light, it is important to address this situation promptly. Low blood pressure can lead to reduced blood flow to vital organs, and the symptoms you’re experiencing may require immediate attention. As you are also a diabetic patient, managing your blood sugar levels is crucial. A post-meal blood sugar level of 178 is slightly elevated, which might also contribute to your discomfort. I recommend the following steps: 1. Stay hydrated by drinking water or electrolyte solutions. 2. Rest in a dark, quiet room to help alleviate your headache. 3. Avoid bright screens and excessive light exposure. 4. Monitor your blood pressure regularly and note any changes. Since these symptoms can indicate underlying issues that may need evaluation, I advise you to consult me for a thorough assessment and tailored treatment plan. You can also reach out via WhatsApp at eight hundred ninety-eight twenty-one thirty-two. Take care, and I hope to hear from you soon.
