My t4 is borderline..should I repeat it or is it not required...I feel fatigue dry cough tachycardia often these days

Hey! I wanted to get a full body test done but I'm unsure which one is right for me. I haven't done one in the past and I've been noticing that I'm getting sick more often recently. Most of the times it's cold but here his past week it has been sore throat, dry throat, cold, fever, body tiredness and a little bit of cough congestion as well. On top of that, I'm also facing some kind of allergic reaction around any wounds/cuts I get and red rashes form around it. Have also gotten 4 doses of rabies this past month if that's relevant. So back to my point, which test should I get done? one with allergy or without? due to those rashes I'm wondering if I have an allergy to anything? But this has only started happening since last Sept. I saw a skin doctor as well and he simply said it's allergic reaction to something and I should clean it with Potassium Permanganate.

Good evening doctor , am breastfeeding mother to a 7month old daughter am having chills and shivering and temperature is 35.6 and while urinating my urine is very hot also am getting hot air while breathing and feeling hot in ears and i feel dizzy and tight head whole from front to back and heart rate is above 100 today whole day sometime back it was 135 bpm pls let me know is it a fever ?

I have no blood sugar and no high BP(120/78). But my creatinine is 1.3 and uric acid is 10.7. Also I have mild pitting edema on legs (knee to ankle bone portion) . Does my kidney seem to malfunction? Is there any cure? What may be the causes behind this?

Hi, I have throat irritation that also feels like throat is getting dry and I'll cough. I have bloating as well. When I'm drinking water and burping I'm feeling better. Is there any medicine to relieve this throat infection or irritation?

Hello, I have a constant feeling of cough and congestion.. my doctor checked through stethoscope and told there is no issue and everything is clear. Still I feel it in my throat.

My palm and sole are always sweating most of the time even in winters also. And after taking bath palm were like this(attached picture) like I have just came out of a swimming pool. Can anyone please explain the reason for this and if there is any serious concern?

I stand up with the partition wall of my home in night. Suddenly my short hair get disturbance. After that I seen one bat was flying there. I didn't feel any sharp pain or sensation on my back of head. I checked back of my head with touch but no pain was there. Is there any possibility that I was bitten by a bat without any pain after that?
