Heart/pulse rate around 140-143 after climbing 4 floors..is that normal because I observed it for first time. ECG echo were normal 9 months back weight around 62kgs and my bp ranges between 116 to 125

My resting heart rate remains 62-68 sometimes 60 also. Is it normal? My bpm used to be 80 around but now it stays below 70 while sitting or lying down on bed for sleep without any medicine. Pl guide. Normal ecg echo and tmt. Any thing to worry about?

I have taken the last dose of ARV intra dermal and the hospital staff told be not to rub at the injection site and told if it was rubbed there is a great chance of vaccination getting leaked from the injection site. My questions are 1. I went to gym on the same day evening to do my lifting weights. Which the pressure of lifting weights cause the vaccine to leak for the injection site? 2. I am side sleeper with hand under my body . So will the vaccine leak while sleeping due pressure of sleeping with hand under my body 3. How many hours will it take the vaccine to get absorb by that body. So that it will not leak ??? Please help me with my 3 questions.

I did 2 blood test in last 2-3 weeks, in 1st potassium was 3.9 and in second it was 3.4. Since than i am eating banana and milk. Can it lead ro excessive potassium in 2 weeks? Now sometimes i get unusual feeling in chest and i think of electrolyte imbalance. Please guide. Every test of heart is normal.

I have attached prescription. My mother is aged 64. She was on Telma 40 (morning time) due to high bp. During recent doctor visit her BP was too low, so doctor suggested to stop the medicine. So she is not taking Telma 40 for last 10days. Now today evening her BP came 148/ 90. Can she take the medicine now?

I got chickenpox for the first time on 5th april. I started valacyclovir as said by dermatologist for 7 days. Its 1 week since it was completed. Today i am having a lot of itching on my left side of belly but there are no rash or bumps. Anti itch lotion doesn't work and i have taken 20mg bilastine which i keep for sos allergy. I am scared. I am getting some new bumps in arms and fingers which looks similar to how it looked before the chickenpox lesions came up. I am scared that it will not go away or it will be life threatening. Please guide me what to do. I just want to be normal again :(.
