Is it okay to take stugeron every night before bed to prevent vertigo? Please answer with a yes or no, please. I have bp but with bp medication it's usually under control. Still, sometimes I get vertigo. So to prevent it can I take stugeron every night before bed? Please, i am begging you, answer in a straightforward manner. Is it okay to take stugeron one tablet every night long term?

I've had persistent nausea since last year....it all started with abdominal cramps dull aching pain on left side lasting a week...had an endoscopy which showed gastritis Cut to Oct 2023 had violent coughing which would make me vomit...then it evolved into nausea! Tried omeprazole plus domperidon combo and it went away...it hit me again in Jan 2024 so went for another endoscopy which suggested mild reflux esophagitis And gastroduodenitis...doc just upped my dose of ppi Found temporary relief but flared up again so this time i changed doc...he ordered for a stool test for h pylori and it came back negative!!!!!now he just put me on amitryptaline and a prokinetic Although my symptoms have reduced but i still have no answers at all. I'm freaking out what if it is gastroparesis? I hope its not....my follow up is after 2 months Please help me calm my anxiety

Doctor my daughter is having high grade fever with chills stomach pain and back pain.every three hours she get 103 fever from last six days.we initially gave her dolo then one dose of azee.we went to doctor he gave her zifi 200.she just took two doses but no improvement. We took her yo hospital.all her blood test were normal.they did usg whole abdomen.we were told she had some urine infection may be uti. Now after two days there is no improvement in her condition and uti report is normal. She is now taking Taxim of 200 twice a day and dolo every four hours.plz help fever is still on 103.plz save my daughter. Doctor here is saying to take injection amikacin for uti but her report is negative.her weight is 65 kg..All symptoms according to him is of uti. How can we say it will be resistant or sensitive on her.. Plzzzz guide

I had chickenpox two weeks back. Started with headache, sneezing and then blisters. I had completed a 7 days course of valacyclovir last Saturday. And 7 days from that today i am getting some red itchy bumps, i am scared if that's lingering active infection? So in general from the onset of the rash its been 2 weeks now. Attaching images. I am scared :(. Please guide me. When these bumps csme they were itchy. Are these on-off symptoms of chickenpox? Other scabs are crusting, turned black already. And many scabs haev falled off too. Please help me. I am scared :(

My eosinophil level was 18% before 7 month's ago doctor has advised not to drink or eat freeze items or cold things. Now today my Eosinophil level become normal 4.40% in CBC. Can I now drink cold water or freeze items like  salad, curd as this is summer seasons. I am worried 😭 doctors please reply

Hello...I am having frequent Cough Since last 2yrs...In a day I cough once or twice..sometimes there is no cough whole day..but sometimes it is so much that I end up vomiting...after taking medicine it is stopping..but again when I catch cold it started..What should I do..Should I do TB test..also I am having wheezing sound while breathing during cough...please suggest
