I take Telmisartan 40 mg at bed time everyday . Due to extreme hot weather and my work pressure day before yesterday my pressure increased a lot and I took the medicine at night . I measured in the morning and the pressure averaged to 165/100 mm Hg . I took another bp medicine 12 hours after the first one . Now I took two medicines in a day . What should I do from the next day ? Do I need to take it twice or just once? Please help .

I had taken a tetanus shot from a local medicine shop in the 3rd week of January. He said it will be valid for 1 month. Today I got cut from steel tower bolt in the door. Will I take the shot again?

My father 69 year old is suffering from high fever since yesterday. Fever is 103. He has body pain too. Dolo didn't subside the fever. So as per doctor advice he took meftal p and the fever subsided. Now he is complaining of body pain. Can he take acceclofenac or any other pain killer ?.
