Respected Doctors,
I consulted a physician for B12 deficiency. My B12 is 148. Doctor suggested 5 Nervijen injections on alternate day. And some tablets after that. One other physician had prescribed a multivitamin for 1 month. I am confused with these 2 different suggestions.
My query is do I need injections? Or tablet is sufficient? Can you prescribe a tablet and how long do I need to take for 148 B12 ?

Thats not the big issue to worry more . We can cure it easily but before that i required certain history to look into matter as if there is absorption issue or low b12 in diet or metabolism issue ...
Do consult to reach to conclusion .
Good day
You can take either the injection form or tablet form.If you are taking the tablet see that it has it has at least 1000 mcg of vitamin b 12,to be taken daily for a few months.
After reviewing your test results, it appears that your B12 levels are in the deficient category. To address this deficiency effectively, it's important for you to receive both injections and oral tablets simultaneously. This combined approach will help restore your B12 levels more quickly.
Once your levels are stabilized, we can transition you to taking only the tablets for about three months. During this time, it's crucial to incorporate iron-rich foods into your diet to support your overall health and maintain optimal levels.
If you have any questions or concerns about the treatment plan, please feel free to reach out.
