Hello, Good evening Doctor prescribed me zenflox oz for 5 days two times a day for loose motions. First doze I take on 8 am and 2 dose 8pm. In between around 2 pm can I take flora zn to reduce side effects of zenflox oz such diarrhea.

Got an ultrasound today and it was suggestive of fatty pancreas . Is it dangerous ?? Does it require treatment ?

I m doing gyming on a daily basis, but i feel sometimes that body didn't allow to weight lift easily due to lack of protein. Also it's not possible to take natural protein source daily, so should I take whey protein, is it safe ? If it's safe then how much quantity and which company protein should I take? Should I prefer to take it till long time? Also Which Multivitamin is best for me? Should I take multivitamin daily?

I've been a regular smoker for quite a few years, but recently I've realised that it's getting out of hand so I've significantly reduced the consumption. And I'm on my way to quit. But I find myself always out of energy while doing the simplest task. Feeling this way at the age of 27 is concerning. Consulted a pulmonologist few weeks back and did a chest xray, it came clear. I was told I had sinus congestion. Can you please suggest how I can improve this?

Since 2020, I have developed extreme fear of diseases that can be fatal. One such disease is rabies. Where I live there are lots of stray dogs, cats, monkeys. What chances are there of contracting rabies via indirect routes. Say, if at night in summer I pick up a coin or note that fell from my wallet on the road and after like 5 mins or so accidently touch my eyes or mouth, can I get rabies? Or like today dogs were barking next to my gate and after like half an hour I closed the gates so touched the gate. But I got injured after a few minutes and had blood come out. I had taken primary immunization of 5 doses, 3 years back and 2 boosters of ARV in January, 2024. Do you think I need to take 2 boosters again to be safe?
