Sodium level 133
Hi. I have sodium level 133. Potassium is fine at 4. Chloride at 106. Kidney profile fine. I have vit D at 19 and ferritin at 11 with hgb normal (13.3). I am feeling tired at times. Is the drop in sodium concerning or I can bring it up with salt intake? In December, my blood sodium was 138. Now it's May.

Honey bee sting at night
A small honey bee bit my husband on his finger. Only once. He is diabetic. Sugar level is controlled 120 random sugar.
Is he prone to any allergic reaction. No past history of any reaction by bee or wasp sting.

Previous I have issue of Piles ,but after homeopathy medicine it gives relief ,no any itchiness and pain .But now I am noticing from few months that some red colour is coming in stool ,not all part but in few parts.

Regarding heaviness in chest
Due to waking up in night yesterday with nausea and chest heaviness. I did ecg and trop t today. Reports are attached. Gas issue was also there i think, as i was burping. For safety i underwent these two tests. Please guide whether any issue is there or anything to be worried off?
