Please suggest me glasses for night vision.. For lowered night vision.. please provide me the solution

Hi! My red eye is coming again and again within span of 1-2 weeks. Initially (in April) when it came it was itchy. It affected both eyes but not simultaneously. Near May first week both eyes got okay. During the initial period I didn't put eye drops especially in left eye. But after getting okay in May first week, since then every now and then within 1-2 weeks my left eye gets red, though it is not itchy. It also gets okay within 2-3 days. Is it something serious ?

I am having a burning sensation in both my eyes as well as it is becoming yellowish as well as tears . Please tell ne what to do .
