You really need to send a picture or get physical consultation done. Under eye darkness could be due to various reasons including congenital, lack of sleep, bone structure, nutritional,pigmentation etc. A thorough check up, history and a few blood tests may be required to find out the cause. Some lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, under eye creams may be prescribed. Undereye dermal fillers also help. Skin under eyes is very sensitive. Needs proper hydration and rest. As it is a skin problem consult a dermatologist. Use dark glasses and sunscreen to protect ur eyes from sun. Take adequate rest.

Please use eye gel mask at night time
start requil eye roll or gel under the eyelid twice a day
Dont rub your eyes
If you are having allergy we need to treat it too
If problem persists may have to consider skin fillers and botox if there is contraction crow feet or bunny lines associated
